And let’s believe that we will also overcome these difficult days with the same bravery and spirit.
This third Covid-19 virus outbreak once again inculcates the fact that we live in a VUCA world, a world characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. No one can confirm when the Covid pandemic will end, or how the world will enter the era of living with the epidemic. However, in spite of many uncertainties in the future, there is one thing we can be sure of: the old mindsets, the old paradigms, and the old organizational order won’t help us thrive in a completely different world. . More than ever, this is the time when we need to shape new thinking about the mission and development strategy of each individual, organization, and business, as well as constantly looking for and experimenting with innovative solutions to create a better, more humane future for everyone.
