HISENG has completed the manufacturing of the first high-speed glass double-edging and polishing line—part of an order for four such lines placed by a loyal client of PHU SON Corporation for two of their factories, following their successful use of an initial new-generation line. HISENG is currently manufacturing nearly ten additional lines of this type, scheduled for delivery to PHU SON Corporation’s clients over the coming months. The line features an automatic pneumatic cylinder system for polishing wheel compensation, controlled via PLC (a proprietary HISENG design), offering outstanding advantages.

Each motor is equipped with a dedicated overload protection relay to ensure stable and safe operation. – Servo motors, servo drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and transformers are housed in a separate compartment to prevent signal interference. – Utilizing the latest-generation Inovance MD800 VFD system, each motor is controlled independently, minimizing mutual interference between motors. The system supports automatic control modes and monitors the operating status of each motor, transmitting data to a central computer for operational analysis.

– Automatic wear compensation function for the polishing wheel using a pneumatic cylinder: In automatic processing mode, as the glass moves into position opposite the grinding wheel, the locking mechanism disengages, and the pneumatic cylinder applies a preset pressure against the glass. Before the glass leaves the processing zone, the locking mechanism re-engages to maintain the grinding wheel’s current position. This process repeats automatically and intelligently without the need for manual intervention. – The SCT series straight-line glass transfer table features a 90-degree rotation capability and a lifting system; it utilizes a servo motor to control rotation, ensuring high positioning accuracy and precise speed control. The entire drive system is controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD). The machine is equipped with a dedicated PLC, allowing for easy integration with upstream and downstream equipment.
