This function includes the following steps: The glass is loaded into position with the QR code pasted at the glass entry point, the machine will immediately use the optical camera head to read the production order via the QR code, the machine receives the order to load the glass. In the processing compartment, the smart positioning mechanism is activated and firmly holds the glass panel after positioning for absolute precision in the product cutting process. After cutting, the machine will automatically release the block and move the glass out. All are operated completely automatically with a smart mechanism that is fast and does not cause scratches to the glass, helping to improve productivity and scientifically diversify the directions in and out of the glass.
The machine is equipped with 3 cutting heads at the same time to triple the cutting efficiency of product panels with the same pattern required to be cut on the same product.
