PHU SON Corporation was honored as TOP 10 REPUTABLE ENTERPRISES IN VIETNAMESE GLASS INDUSTRY by the Vietnam Glass and Glass Association (VIEGLASS) at the 20th Anniversary of the Association’s establishment with the theme “MISSION TO GREEN” with the presence of more than 200 international guests and nearly 300 domestic members and guests (11.12.2024).
To achieve the title of TOP 10 REPUTABLE ENTERPRISES IN VIETNAMESE GLASS INDUSTRY, 10 enterprises in the industry must meet all specific criteria through the Voting Council, including:
1. Compliance with legal regulations: • Enterprises fully comply with legal regulations related to their business fields, including regulations on finance, tax, labor, environment, and occupational safety and hygiene. • No history of serious violations, no administrative sanctions or a low number of violations in the field of operation.
2. Full implementation of tax and financial obligations: • Enterprises fully and timely fulfill their obligations to pay taxes, fees, and charges to the State. • Financial reports are honest, transparent, and comply with current accounting and auditing standards.
3. Comply with labor and insurance regulations: • Comply with regulations on labor contracts, wages, working hours, and social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees.
Completely and correctly implement policies to protect employees’ rights.
4. Comply with environmental protection regulations: • The enterprise commits to and implements environmental protection measures, waste management, emissions, and wastewater in accordance with legal regulations. • Does not violate environmental protection regulations or has an effective environmental monitoring system.
5. Comply with regulations on occupational safety and hygiene: • Ensure a safe working environment, comply with regulations on occupational safety and fire prevention and fighting. • Have measures to protect employees’ health and comply with safety standards as prescribed.
