Lines are designed with completely new and modern technology:

* 3 SCHINEIDER PLC

* 40 ABB grinding head motors.

* 6 servomotors + 6 SCHINEIDER drivers (machine is equipped with 4 servo motors for conveyor movement and 2 servo motors of variable speed glass sheet width – 8 times faster than normal) .

* The central support is always automatically positioned in the middle when changing the width of the glass to ensure the glass is always flat without human action.

* The above conveyor is specially designed to not scratch the soft coating of Low.E glass and soft plated energy saving glass.

* The lower conveyor is designed in a very wide and very thick standard version, especially for industrial production, stable, precise and durable.

* The machine is equipped with 4 vacuum systems to ensure that water is not splashed on the surface of the glass plate when grinding to prevent absolutely water mixed with acids from sticking to the surface of the glass, making it difficult to wash before being tempered and keep the working environment clean and dry in the production area.

* The machine is equipped with dual groove ballasts and HIWIN rails to ensure absolute stability, durability and precision.

* All electrical, electronic components, central control cabinet connection system according to European – CE standards, ensuring high standards and absolute stability.
