  • ABB grinding head motor.
  • The PLC system + control screen + servo motor + servo driver of the same brand INOVANCE helps to facilitate system synchronization and support well for upgrading control software and connecting with other devices to form a continuous automated chain at any time in the future.
  • Each machine has 3 servo motors + 3 drivers (the machine is equipped with 2 servo motors for conveyor movement and 1 servo motor for changing the width of the glass panel at extremely fast speed – 8 times faster than normal).
  • The central support bridge is always automatically positioned in the middle when changing the width of the glass panel, ensuring that the glass panel is always flat without human intervention.
  • The upper conveyor is specially designed to not scratch the soft coating of Low.E glass and off-line plated energy-saving glass.
  • The lower conveyor is designed with a very wide and very thick standard version, especially for industrial production, stable, precise and durable.
  • The machine is equipped with 2 suction systems to ensure that no water is splashed onto the glass surface when grinding, helping to absolutely prevent water mixed with acid from sticking to the glass surface, making it difficult to clean before tempering and helping to keep the working environment dry and clean in the production area.
