PHU SON Corporation has completed the installation and handover of the BANGTONG ultra-high-speed 4-edge glass rough-grinding machine at the MAI TRANG GLASS factory.
The machine features a configuration of four grinding head assemblies—each dedicated to grinding a specific edge—mounted on three bridges. Equipped with 16 edge-grinding wheels and 4 bottom-grinding wheels, the system operates independently yet continuously at ultra-high speeds. This fully automated process ensures perfect rough-grinding quality for the side edges and bottom edges across all four sides of the glass.
