Experience the YF WATERJET fully automatic CNC waterjet cutting line at CHINA GLASS 2025 Exhibition.

The system is designed to not require any workers in the entire production process of the finished product (loading – positioning – CNC cutting – washing – unloading).

The glass is affixed with a QR code containing full information of the production order and is moved into position by a variable speed roller system and an intelligent positioning mechanism by servo motor to help the glass never get scratched, the cutting error is almost zero and especially the machine is set up with an intelligent operating mechanism in the software to never cut into the position of the rollers and the fast operating speed and the lack of operating personnel help to minimize production costs with perfect quality.

This design can be connected to any type of line to ensure maximum automation in intelligent blind factories (factories that do not need to turn on the lights).
