The whole line use carbon steel gear. 1.2 The washing & drying machine is the key machines of the production line, with digital display, can automatically regulate the rising and descending of the upper rubber roller, brush roller and air knife according to the glass thickness. The upper part can be wholly raised by 450mm, being easy to clean and maintain. The brush rollers are driven by two motors in the upper and lower part respectively. The upper has two hard brushes and one soft brush with use cylinder for rising, this design can clean soft LOW-E glass and coated glass but will not hurt the coated surface. It is equipped with two pairs of stainless air knives and the blower owns silencer cotton and air intake filter, which makes the noise low while the air is satisfactorily dry. The blower install cut off flow control device (YIDA patented technology), particularly with laminating speed. top-tech-01 1.3 The laminating room is equipped with laminating table, lifting universal wheel carrier, positioning air cylinder, film laying machine and automatic movable sucking hanger and so on. It’s very easy to laminate glass with big size or large quantity. Each single lay-up piece will automatically be delivered to the loading section of the prepress machine at high speed by way of transitional conveyor segment and then automatically regulates its own speed to be same as that of prepress machine so that the room is available for the laminating of next glass. 1.4 The prepress machine is reasonable in its structure and convenient in operation. The main drive adopts frequency control and reducer driver. The whole machine runs stably and reliably and centrally controlled in the lay-up room. The gap between the two pairs of big pressing rollers both the front and back parts is adjusted by PLC with digital display. The limit on the roller shaft drive with a hard block regulation, to ensure consistent gap between the two axes. 1.5 Pre-press machine use of medium wave infrared heating pipe with radiant heating, heating fast, uniform heating, the glass surface of the advantages of low temperature. 1.6 Install forced convection heating devices on the upper cabinet, to improve energy efficiency, the glass is heated evenly, improve production efficiency. top-tech-02 Main structure
  1. Autoclave body: use 16MnR material, in full accordance with GB150-1998 “steel pressure vessel ” standard design and manufacturing , 100% of the weld pressure parts ray flaw detection , the quality and safety for the device performance provides a strong guarantee.
  2. End capped: the ellipsoidal profile flange head forgings are used as a whole is greater than the thickness of autoclave body thickness.
  3. The fast reactor door open: open the door using electric or pneumatic unilateral way, to achieve rapid automatically put together, locking.
  4. Heating elements: the use of high electric conversion rate and service life of nickel- iron alloy electric heating tube heating elements. Heating elements evenly distributed in the reactor body and tail and sides to ensure the heating process before and after the temperature uniformity within the reactor, while shortening the heating time to achieve the conservation of energy.
  5. Insulation materials: the use of silicate rock wool, internal insulation, the insulation performance than traditional wool; makes the kettle heat loss is not easy, especially in the warm phase, the temperature can be a good constant to ensure that the processing of products quality and yield. Another insulating layer with the outer part of the aluminum plate fixed and sealed to further improve the utilization of infrared radiation within the reactor to achieve energy savings.
  6. Cooling System: 304 stainless steel cooler material coat aluminum fins, heat exchange efficiency, heat dissipation area, the cooling time is short.
  7. The vacuum line system: within the reserve tank with two vacuum pipes, each pipe is equipped with four vacuum valves. Can be used with vacuum pumps and vacuum inside the glass vacuum vessel operation, suitable for the synthesis of the glass elbow.
  8. Thermal cycling system: the use of silicon carbide – graphite sealing materials as mechanical action, to ensure a minimum service life of 2-3 years. Separated on both sides of the kettle equipped with air damper road, duct stretches have diversion devices, specially designed autoclave door position return air structure, to ensure the adequacy of hot air circulation, increase the maximum degree of uniformity of temperature.
  9. Temperature control is divided into four , according to the number of reactor temperature within the glass area of choice , make the glass more than full power is not heating , temperature of the components are all taken PT100, accuracy ± 0.1 °.

The control system : PLC system configuration , using the color touch- screen operation, the entire process to achieve automatic operation; in the course of their work , pressure and temperature curves show at any time , and whether the paper record , to be completed and the process parameters of the technology curve records; step in the process of heating , with temperature, pressure , temperature, pressure and other control procedures to ensure that the temperature and pressure curves by setting the process in parallel , in the process of constant temperature and pressure , with auto- fill temperature, make up pressure control and PID regulation process.
  12.
