PHU SON Corporation HCM-HN’s engineer team installed HISENG fully automatic glass four side edging machine at Hoang Vinh Glass.
The line is designed with completely new and modern technology:
- Just put the glass into one side of the machine and get the four side edging glass at the other side without doing anything.
- Automatic measurement of length, width and thickness of glass and data transfer into two glass double edging machines
- 2 glass double edging machines automatically receive data and automatically adjust
- 40 ABB grinding head motor (each with 20 ABB motors)
- Six servo motors and eight drivers are equipped for two glass double machines (each with two servo motors for conveyor motion and one servo motor for high-speed changing of the glass sheet’s width)
- Two servo motors + 2 drivers + 1 PLC are equipped for automatic table measurement of width, length and thickness of glass.
- 2 LCD screens and 2 PLCs control 2 double edging machines (can control the center at one screen for the whole system or independent control on each screen)
- Two central bridges in each machine are always automatically positioned in the middle when changing the width of the glass so that always ensure the glass’ flatness without human intervention.
- The upper conveyor belt is specially designed to avoid scratching the coating of Low.E. glass and energy-saving glass.
- The lower conveyor belts are very wide and thick with special standard to guarantee the industrial, stable, accurate and durable production.
- Each double edging machine is equipped with a vacuum system to ensure that no splash water is sprayed onto the surface of the glass when grinding to prevent the acidic water from grinding glass surface sticks on that is difficult to wash before tempering and also keep the working environment clean in the production area.
- The machine is equipped with double groove axis to ensure the stability, durability and absolute precision.
- Siemens PLC and all electrical components, electronics, electrical connection system in accordance with European standards – CE, ensuring high standards and absolute stability.
