### The outstanding smart technology of automatic four-sided edger line with barcode function: • The bar code gun integrates with intelligent control software to ensure continuous receiving many production commands in order at the same time to automatically adjust both machine data and the conveyor

• When glass is in machine No. 2, if the following glass sheets have the same size then they will be automatically transferred to grind continuously

• When the glass is in machine NO.2 and a different size glass is coming, then the different size glass will automatically stop right in front of the machine 2 (the following glass sheets also do not hit the previous one), so that when the machine No.2 finishes grinding the previous sheets, it will automatically adjust and change the width very fast that following glass sheet into the machine immediately.

• If the glass is in machine NO.1 and the previous glass sheet has to be stopped at the conveyor, then the sheet in machine NO.1 will continue to be grinded until it reachs the last sensor of the machine 1, it will stop automatically. This helps to maintain the optimal working speed and not to make the glass collide.

• So it is possible to load glass continuously and put them close together, no need to create large distances between the sheets to avoid glass being collided and broken like other normal automatic lines ( other normal lines do not have this smart mode to stop the glass automatically, so if the workers do not calculate the distance correctly, the glass will immediately hit each other, so to avoid this risk, workers must create a big gap between the sheets, which will cause huge wasting in daily production activities).

• The machine has 3 modes for inputting production commands: (1) automatically by barcode reader, (2) if the barcode reader or transmission line fails, it can be entered manually via the barcode system’s command window. With these two methods of inputting data, the machine performs production completely automatically as ordered by the barcodes mentioned above, and (3) input data via manual window as normal automated lines. If that, the glass will not stop automatically when meet the previous glass sheets

• The most obvious advantage of the data system controlled by a barcode reader: (i) The machine automatically selects the rough or polishing grinding mode, (ii) Absolutely no mistake, (iii) saving time (iv) a system of self-regulating the flow of continuous loading of the glass sheets, the glass sheets never hitting each other to enhance efficiency, optimization and science in production.

• When the glass is in the machine, it is impossible to adjust the width by moving side, which helps the lines operate safely

• There are 2 types of readers: wired readers will read both barcodes and QR codes, wireless readers can only read barcodes. These 2 types have the same cost
