This is the line that is evaluated to have the highest technology, quality and smart features currently with (1) high-tech Benteler – Italy washing machine system, (2) fast speed combining robot, going up and down vertically and moving by servo motor with 2 side guide rails and gears system for super-fast and super-accurate combining, (3) pressing machine with 4-chamber circulating convection technology helps the safety tempered laminating glass achieves perfect finished product ratio, (4) high pressure chamber with forced circulation technology for fast and uniform heat penetration and cooling speed to ensure completion of 1 batch which meet all the properties of PVB film glue molecules, help safety laminated glass products to be always flexible and tough, the film glue layer is always clear and durable under harsh weather, which meeting maximum the strictest requirements for technical standards of safety tempered laminating glass products for transparent facades of high-rise buildings.
Each stage of the production line is equipped with PLC and LCD screen for independent control and is connected to intelligent central automatic control for the entire system.
