# Multi-point intelligent glass loading robot makes it possible to glue 2 different glass material groups at the same time in pairs (low.e glass & colorless glass, reflective glass & colorless glass, tinted glass& colorless glass, different glass thicknes, etc.). The robot is equipped with a transfering table which can store glass sheets to be ready for the robot to continue to load another sheets to maximize production capacity.

# CHAOYANG glass combining robot is designed super smart and “quality” on each component detail, structure and operating principle:
* Conveyor movement is designed with 3 sections which are independently controlled by 3 motors and 3 inverters to maximize production capacity while absolutely ensuring the glass sheets never collide with each other from the washing machine to the positioning section, combining section, transient section and heat-pressing machine.
* Smart positioning structure creates a right angle with the moving of side-edge, combining with a magnetic sensor and is automatically adjusted to the speed of the final stage just reaching the flipping point so that the glass is stopped right at the standard positioning point “90 degree perpendicular”.
* The robot arm system goes up and down with 4 hands vertically at 4 corners, raised and lowered by a large capacity Airtac cylinder with a die-cast aluminum robot hand frame structure together help to lift a glass sheet weight nearly 1 ton in an absolutely right way.
* The sucking glass is performed by YASKAWA servo motor & driver, guided by slide rail and gear movement according to the sliding principle of CNC cutting machine, is fully automatic controlled via PLC and liquid crystal display helps to create pairs of combining glasses with perfect 4-sided precision.
* Many vacuum suckers is designed with many fine-tuned sensor and springs together with soft rubber sucker, which helps to combine soft-coated low.e glass or brittle glass easier with lower “broken rate” than normal equipment.

Infrared heat generation with heat emission 1 preheating chamber and 3 main heat chambers. # The high pressure chamber is designed to withstand 15MPA pressure with a large capacity forced convection fan to ensure that the batch is completed matching with the technical design for the chemical components of the PVB film, always in uniform, without air bubble, the film layer is always flexible, tough and durable in all weather conditions. All steps of production processes: from heating steps, pressure boosting steps, soaking steps, convection fan, air supply, air discharge, water pump is controlled by PLC through liquid crystal display automatically
